The memory of the olive trees

Nice - Cimiez

From the 6th century onwards, when the Roman city of Cemenelum gradually fell into ruins, Cimiez Hill became an important site for the exploitation of olive trees.

Today still, the olive trees, many more than a century old, are found in the gardens of Cimiez. It is certainly with reference to this time that in 1997, a real estate development group decided to give the name “Les Jardins d’Oléas” to a program of construction of two luxury buildings built on a plot located on Avenue du Père Marc Aurèle, a small perpendicular avenue running off the Avenue Cap de Croix.

Les Jardins d’Oléas is a guarded residence of a hundred units, offering apartments with 2 to 4 rooms all with a beautiful terrace-loggia and an unobstructed view along with great facilities.
